These listings include a pair of 32mm wooden rings paired with specialized grip tape. While the wood itself offers a natural feel, the addition of the tape allows for extra customization and comfort during long training sessions. This setup is particularly useful for athletes who prefer a softer surface or need extra help maintaining their hold.

The rings are crafted from durable wood to ensure they can support significant weight during pull-ups, rows, and core work. The 1.25 in diameter provides a substantial surface area for the palms, which helps distribute pressure evenly. The accompanying straps are designed for easy setup over beams, pull-up bars, or sturdy tree branches.

This set is a practical choice for those looking to build upper body strength using versatile equipment. The grip tape can be applied according to personal preference, offering a tacky surface that improves safety during complex movements. It is a straightforward solution for anyone wanting to add a gymnastic element to their existing fitness routine.
